It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for the Buyer’s purpose
In no event shall the seller be liable for any damage due to improper use, or poor installation
The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods on receipt of delivery. If you choose to leave with a neighbour they will be held to count if the items are unchecked. If you wish it to be left unsigned we are not to be held responsible for any items left after our photo is taken. Please notify the seller within 24 hrs of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed. The buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods in whole or in part after such date.
To process any claims we will need pictures of the damaged packing and products, emailed to us at orders@panelscape.net
Return and Refund Policy
You have a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of 7 business days from the day you place your order and a full refund be given.
Returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking charge (if returned within 7 days of receipt.
Non-stock items and special orders will not be accepted back after 28 days and may be subject to additional costs.
The seller shall not be liable for damages assessed after acceptance of the goods, except when the buyer establishes proof that the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. In any case, the liability of the seller is limited to a period of 1 year and, to the choice of the seller, to replacement of the goods or refunding of the concerned goods
